Hi all! Haven’t posted in a while, as I’ve not been making patterns or really feeling very creative since my big move to Dallas last summer (and the new job – being a teacher can be pretty time consuming!). The school year is just about done for me, and I’ve been crocheting more in my… Continue reading Kawaii Alpaca Amigurumi
Here’s another free pattern I whipped together really quickly the other night – I’ve been strangely motivated to make Halloween themed amigurumi projects! I made an ice cream bear awhile back, and thought to maybe add in another themed bear or two to the collection. So here’s the latest edition: Pumpkin Bear! You’ll need: White,… Continue reading Pumpkin Bear amigurumi pattern
I’ve been trying to ease back into writing patterns and making amigurumi in general, and since Halloween is fast approaching (YAY!) I thought to make some spooky projects that I could use to decorate my apartment. So I made these two ghosties – one with a cute witches’ hat, too! The finished ghosts measure about… Continue reading Spooky Ghost amigurumi
Watermelons are my fave fruit, and it’s summer, and I like bunnies, so here we go! I just finished making this pattern and stuck it up in my Etsy shop, but was also planning on making this a three-part blog post over the next month or so. I’m also relocating to Dallas, TX in the… Continue reading Watermelon Bunny!
My sib Holly has been obsessed with a Steam game called “Slime Rancher”. It’s an adorable game where you collect different kinds of slimes and raise them on your farm. They drop this resource called “plort” and it’s the main source of revenue in the game. Anyhow, I’ve fallen in love with this game because… Continue reading Slime Boy!
Hello hello – I was working on this sushi party pattern… … for Patreon, and thought the onigiri was so cute I should share on my blog, too. I’m completely obsessed with sushi, and always load up on it every time I go to a particular restaurant near my apartment. They have the best California… Continue reading Onigiri Pattern
I was commissioned by one of my AWESOME patrons on Patreon to make this Chibi Haku Dragon plush pattern – Spirited Away is one of my favorite movies, so I was extra excited to make this little cutie! Just thought I’d share some pictures of this little guy; I love how he turned out! Check… Continue reading Chibi Dragon Haku – now on Patreon!
Fun fact: I’m actually allergic to bees – but that doesn’t mean I don’t like them! I understand how important they are, especially for pollination. And I love flowers, fruit, and honey, so bees more than make up for the pain of when I get stung. I was trying to think of things I could… Continue reading Honey Bee Amigurumi – Save the Bees!
Hi gang! I recently decided to start a Patreon – if you become a patron of mine, you’ll receive access to two patterns a month! I also have a couple of tier options, too. Tier I: Receives access to monthly patterns! Tier II: Member of the Plush Club, as well as all of Tier I… Continue reading New – Patreon Up and Running!
So, I’m obsessed with flowers, and have been since I was very young. I was the kid in the neighborhood that rounded up all of the dandelion puffs and blew on them (much to the chagrin of my neighbors), making a wish on each flower as the seeds drifted away in the wind. Needless to… Continue reading Rose and Leaf Applique
